2. Our Services
DrPlus provides licensed home healthcare services, including but not limited to: doctor on call, home nursing, IV drip therapy, blood tests at home, physiotherapy, and related home healthcare services.
All clinical services are delivered by professionals licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). Service availability may vary by location and time. We provide services across the United Arab Emirates. Our team is available 24/7, 365 days a year, including weekends and public holidays, to ensure continuous medical support.

4. Bookings and Appointments
Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. A booking is confirmed only once acknowledged by our team. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking where clinically appropriate, where the requested service falls outside our scope, or due to staff availability.
You agree to provide accurate personal, contact, and health information at the time of booking. Inaccurate information may affect the safety and suitability of the care provided.
5. Payments
Accepted payment methods: cash, credit/debit card, and online payment. Prices listed on the website are indicative and may change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at the time of booking. Where applicable, prices are inclusive/exclusive of VAT as stated at checkout or on the invoice.
Insurance: direct billing and insurance claims are accepted for home nursing and all eligible, related healthcare services, subject to individual policy coverage and pre-authorization. Please confirm your insurance details with our team at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time before the scheduled appointment time at no extra charge.
- No cancellation fees or penalties are applied for cancellations made before the scheduled appointment time.
- For prepaid bookings cancelled before the appointment time, the amount paid will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
- Once the appointment time has passed or the service has begun, the visit fee may apply.
7. Patient Responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate medical history, current medications, and known allergies.
- Ensure a safe, accessible environment for our clinicians at your home or hotel.
- Follow the clinical guidance and aftercare instructions provided by our team.
- Treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to withdraw services in cases of abusive or unsafe behaviour.
8. Consent to Treatment
By booking a service, you (or the patient's legal guardian) consent to the assessment and treatment provided by our licensed clinicians. For certain procedures, additional written or verbal consent may be requested before treatment begins. You may withdraw consent at any time before or during a procedure.
9. Limitation of Liability
DrPlus will exercise reasonable professional skill and care in delivering its services in line with DHA regulations. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, DrPlus shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.
